What size are the storage units?
All of our storage units are 8 feet by 10 feet, providing 80 square feet of clean and secure storage space.
Are the units climate-controlled?
No, our units are not climate-controlled. For delicate items, we recommend using protective covers and moisture absorbers.
How is rent charged?
Rent is charged on a monthly basis, with payments due on the anniversary date of your rental each month.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental term is one month. After that, you can cancel at any time with at least one week's notice.
What is maritime Store-n-go’s refund and cancellation policy?
After the first month of rental, you may cancel your storage unit at any time by providing at least one week’s notice via email before vacating. Refunds for any unused rent will be prorated based on the date the unit is vacated and proper notice is received. To be eligible for a refund the unit must be completely emptied and left in good condition.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes, tenants must provide their own padlock to secure their unit.
What can I store?
You may store household goods, furniture, tools, seasonal items, and business inventory. Hazardous materials, perishables, and illegal items are not permitted.
Does Maritime Store-n-go provide insurance for the contents of my storage unit?
No, Maritime Store-N-Go does not insure the contents of your storage unit. If you require insurance coverage for your stored items, it is your responsibility to obtain a policy through your own insurance provider. We recommend checking with your homeowner’s or renters insurance company to see if they offer coverage for items stored off-site.
What are the access hours?
You have 24/7 access to your unit, so you can visit whenever it’s convenient for you.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. The property is enclosed with a security fence and monitored 24/7 by surveillance cameras.
